Eric Turner has been a California licensed Real Estate Agent/Broker for 13+ years. Throughout his career, Eric has specialized in residential and multifamily assets, as well as, management and loss mitigation of non-performing mortgage loans. During his tenure, Eric has exhibited an exceptional ability to analyze property, cultivate relationships, and assist his clients in their acquisition and disposition of multifamily and multifamily-related properties.
Prior to joining ABI Multifamily, Eric proudly served in the US Marine Corps as an officer and pilot. During his military tenure, Eric was Commanding Officer of 4th MAW Site Support where he supervised a dedicated staff of approximately 50 Marines, providing logistical and training support to 1,000+ military personnel with combat deployment to Afghanistan. In addition to his distinguished military service, Eric was an Associate Broker for Hendricks & Partners (now Berkadia) where he oversaw the acquisition and disposition of $335 million in both multi- and single-family real estate assets.
