Phoenix, AZ – November 29, 2017 – ABI Multifamily, the Western US's leading multifamily brokerage and advisory services firm, is pleased to announce the $1,650,000 / $71,739 Per Unit sale of Roosevelt Place Apartments, a 23-unit apartment community located in Phoenix, Arizona.

The property is a single-story apartment community, built of wood frame and stucco construction and comprised of six separate buildings built in 1984 and renovated in 2017. Conveniently located with easy access to the 1-10 and Loop 202 Freeways, this quiet, family-oriented community is also within minutes of Downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor Airport.
